Without Qualifying For Loans & Borrowing Money From Banks
I was given two houses for FREE from a homeowner that was facing foreclosure. This property had two houses on one lot. The owner didn’t want the houses. She was going to give the properties back to the bank because she didn’t want them anymore. I told her that I wanted them and she gave them to me for FREE. She didn’t ask me for any money.
I have been given at least 10 FREE houses in my 44 years of being a real estate investor from homeowners that didn’t want their property. The reason why homeowners will give you their property for FREE is because they are no longer emotionally attached to them.
The only way for you to really understand this is to have gone though the foreclosure process yourself which I have. Why am I sharing this with you? It’s because I didn’t need credit, money, a real estate license, a pre-qualification letter, a bank loan or bank approval to make a profit from buying the two houses that were given to me for FREE.
I could have fixed them up & sold them. I could have flipped them to a cash buyer. I could have moved in one and rented out the other. I decided to rent both houses to tenants for passive cash flow so I could build generational wealth for me and my family.
